Sonia Melton is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) with STRC. She earned her Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Dayton in 2021 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Medicine at Trevecca Nazarene University in 2023.

 

Sonia began her career with a foundation in family medicine before transitioning into rheumatology, where she is dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-focused care. She is passionate about helping patients navigate autoimmune and inflammatory conditions and values taking the time to truly listen and ensure each patient feels supported and confident in their care.

 

Outside of the clinic, Sonia enjoys spending time with her miniature dachshund named Clementine, going on walks, and exploring new restaurants around Nashville.
